Are there any hidden costs?

No. The price you see at checkout is the final cost. We believe in transparency and honesty—no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available for orders above certain thresholds:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: free above $70
  • Germany: free above $70
  • Rest of Europe: free above $70
  • Rest of the world: free above $80
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location and chosen method. The exact cost is shown at checkout. 

What shipping options are available?

We offer standard and express shipping through PostNL, DHL, and FedEx. Options are displayed at checkout based on your location.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?

Once an order has shipped, the delivery address unfortunately cannot be changed. 

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

Please check your tracking number first. If there has been no update for a couple of days or your delivery is delayed, please contact our Customer Support team. We are always happy to help!

What if my package is damaged or has missing items?

Please contact our Customer Support team immediately via email or contact form. Please include your order details and, if possible, photos. We will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number and link is provided via email after your order has been shipped. You can use it to monitor your order’s progress online.

How does order tracking work?

Once your order ships, the tracking number allows you to check real-time updates on the shipment’s status. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 3–6 business days
  • Germany: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3–9 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3–9 business days
When are orders processed?

Orders placed before 23:59 CET are processed within 1–2 business days, including careful packaging. Deliveries run Monday to Friday.

Can we deliver to you?

We do not ship to the following, even within supported countries

  • PO Boxes
  • APO, FPO, and DPO addresses (US military)
  • US territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands)
  • Remote or restricted postcodes
