Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum order value required.
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and chosen method. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard and express shipping within the United States through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Options are displayed at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
Once an order has shipped, the delivery address unfortunately cannot be changed.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
Please check your tracking number first. If there has been no update for a couple of days or your delivery is delayed, please contact our Customer Support team. We are always happy to help!
What if my package is damaged or has missing items?
Please contact our Customer Support team immediately via email or contact form. Please include your order details and, if possible, photos. We will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number and link is provided via email after your order has been shipped. You can use it to monitor your order’s progress online.
How does order tracking work?
Once your order ships, the tracking number allows you to check real-time updates on the shipment’s status.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order has been processed, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.
When are orders processed?
Orders placed before 23:59 EST are processed within 1–2 business days, including careful packaging. Deliveries run Monday to Friday.
Can we deliver to you?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please note that, even within the United States, we are unable to ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO, and DPO addresses (US military)
- US territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico)
- Remote or restricted ZIP codes
