Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, you can return the product using our Returns process.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified before they are processed for shipping. Please contact our Thrivin Customer Support team as soon as possible to see if changes are possible.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
Please contact our Thrivin Customer Support team immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address. Once the order has been shipped, changes are unfortunately not possible.
Can I order multiple products at once?
Yes! Add all the products you want to your cart before checking out. You can review your cart any time before completing the order.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional but helps you track orders, save preferences, and get faster checkout in the future.
How do I place an order?
Browse products on Thrivin, select your size, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your details and complete payment.
Please make sure your shipping address, billing details, and email address are correct when placing your order (including pre-orders).
We’ll use your email to send important updates, so ensure it’s valid and regularly checked (including your spam folder).
Thrivin is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If you need to update your details, please contact us before your order ships.
What happens if I order pre-order products together with in-stock products?
If your order includes both pre-order products and in-stock products, your entire order will be shipped together once all products are available.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you reserve a product before it’s in stock. This means the product is part of an upcoming restock, and you can secure your size or version in advance.
Pre-order products may also be offered at a lower price than the in-stock version as a thank-you for waiting.
If you want the product immediately, check if it’s available in-stock at the regular price. Shipping for pre-orders will happen on the date listed on the product page.
When will my pre-order product ship?
Each pre-order product page shows the estimated shipping date. Products will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production or logistics delays. We will inform you if there are any significant updates.
Can I order in-stock and pre-order products together?
Yes, but in-stock and pre-order products are shipped separately. In-stock products will ship right away, while pre-order products will ship around the date listed on their product page. Shipping fees apply to each shipment separately. By placing an order that includes both types of products, you agree to split shipments and cover any additional shipping charges.
Customer responsibilities
When placing a pre‑order, you must provide accurate and current information, including your shipping address, billing details, and email address. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is valid and regularly monitored for updates regarding your pre‑order, including potential delays (please check spam or junk folders).
THRIVIN Gymwear is not responsible or liable for delays, failed deliveries, or missed ommunications resulting from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete customer information. You may update your information at any time prior to shipment by submitting a request through our Contact Form.
Discount Codes
Discount codes may be applied to pre‑order products unless otherwise stated. Certain promotions, limited‑time offers, or high‑value discounts may be excluded at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THRIVIN Gymwear shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from or related to delays in shipment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
Pre-order products are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your order.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, pre-orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your pre-order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

Is it safe to use my card on Thrivin?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to keep your payment information secure.
What payment methods does Thrivin accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Payment options are displayed at checkout.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments can be declined for several reasons, such as insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank restrictions. Please check your payment details or contact your bank if needed.
